Step 1: Heat the Pot
- Place a large soup pot over medium heat. Add olive oil and allow it to warm gently.

- Cover partially and simmer for 20–25 minutes.
- Vegetables should become tender while flavors meld.
Step 8: Taste & Adjust
- Taste broth and adjust seasoning as needed.
