  • Salt small pinch

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Spoon or silicone spatula
  • Measuring spoons
  • Serving bowl (glass or ceramic)

Method

Prepare the Strawberries
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and dice them into small cubes or slices. Set aside a portion for topping.
Soften the Cream Cheese
  1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. This makes mixing easier and results in a smoother texture.
Make the Cheesecake Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add Flavoring
  1. Mix in vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup (if using), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into a serving bowl. Top with diced strawberries.
Add Crunch
  1. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top for texture.
Final Touches
  1. Add extra strawberry pieces and a light drizzle of yogurt or honey if desired.
Serve Immediately or Chill
  1. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for a firmer, chilled texture.
