Method
 

Prepare the Cucumbers
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under cold running water. Pat dry with a clean towel. Slice into thick, even rounds (about ½ inch thick) to ensure they can hold the topping without bending.
Remove Excess Moisture
  1. Place cucumber slices on paper towels and lightly pat the tops to remove surface moisture. This helps prevent the cream cheese from sliding off.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese. If using Greek yogurt, mix it in at this stage until smooth and creamy.
Season the Mixture
  1. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
