  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional Ingredients
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the Zucchini
  1. Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly.
  2. Cut off both ends and slice into fry-shaped sticks.
  3. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Step 2: Set Up the Coating Station
  1. In one bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
Step 3: Coat the Fries
  1. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg mixture.
  2. Coat thoroughly in the almond flour mixture.
  3. Place coated fries on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lightly spray fries with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Alternative Cooking Methods
  1. Air Fryer: 400°F for 12–15 minutes
  2. Pan Fry: Shallow fry in oil until golden
