Ingredients
  

Four chicken breasts (without skin & bone)
One ½ tsp. turmeric powder
One tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. paprika
Salt
One tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
Black pepper
¼ cup heavy cream
Fresh cilantro

Equipment

  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Mixing dish
  • 1 Frying pan
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Meat thermometer

Method
 

Mix the garlic powder, cumin, pepper, paprika, turmeric, cayenne, olive oil, salt, & lemon juice in a dish properly.
    Add the mixture to the chicken fillets & rub properly.
      Leave the chicken for fifteen minutes so the taste will settle.
        Warm the pan on a moderate flame.
          Include the oil & saute the chicken for six to seven minutes on all sides till it gets golden and properly cooked.
            Mix the heavy cream and cook for three minutes so it gets slightly cooked.
              Garnish the Keto Turmeric Chicken with parsley & serve.
