Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 –2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract optional but enhances flavor
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes
Optional add-ins:
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • A few drops of pineapple extract sugar-free

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the avocado, measure the coconut cream, and gather all other ingredients.
Add the Liquid Ingredients First
  1. Pour unsweetened coconut milk into the blender. This helps everything blend smoothly.
Add the Avocado and Coconut Cream
  1. Add the avocado flesh and coconut cream to help create a rich, creamy texture.
Add Flavorings and Sweetener
  1. Add sweetener, vanilla extract, coconut extract, lime juice, and shredded coconut.
Add Ice Cubes Last
  1. This helps control consistency and ensures proper blending.
Blend Until Smooth
  1. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and Adjust
  1. Add more sweetener for sweetness, more lime juice for brightness, or more ice for thickness.
Serve Immediately
  1. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with shredded coconut or lime zest, if desired.
