  • Heavy cream or coconut cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Keto sweetener erythritol, monk fruit blend, or allulose
  • Ice cubes
  • Chia seeds optional

  • Lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • Xanthan gum optional, for thickness
  • Sea salt small pinch

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Serving glass

Method

Step 1: Add the Liquid Base
  1. Pour unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk into the blender first. This helps the blender run smoothly and prevents ingredients from sticking.
Step 2: Add Strawberries and Cream
  1. Add strawberries, heavy cream or coconut cream, vanilla extract, keto sweetener, and lemon juice if using.
Step 3: Add Optional Boosters
  1. If using chia seeds, protein powder, collagen, or xanthan gum, add them at this stage.
Step 4: Add Ice
  1. Add ice cubes last to control thickness and ensure a cold, refreshing texture.
Step 5: Blend
  1. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides if needed.
Step 6: Taste and Adjust
  1. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or vanilla intensity. Add a splash of almond milk if it’s too thick.
Step 7: Serve Immediately
  1. Pour into a glass and enjoy fresh for best flavor and texture.
