Ingredients
  

Two cups frozen strawberries
Half cup full cream coconut milk
One tsp. lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Two tbsp. Erythritol powder
Salt

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Rubber spatula
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Method
 

Fill a blender with the vanilla extract, frozen strawberries, Erythritol, coconut milk, lemon juice, & salt.
    Blend whip on full setting to make it creamy & smooth, scrap the sides if required.
      Add 1-2 teaspoons of water or additional coconut milk to achieve the required consistency, if the mixture is too thick.
        Serve immediately for soft texture & freeze for 1 hour for a firm consistency.
          Enjoy cold after scooping or piping into bowls.
