We warm the pan in moderate setting.
Include the ground beef dish.
Season the beef with black pepper, Worcestershire sauce & salt.
Add half quantity of beef in pan and flat the patty with spatula to make it thin.
Include the onions over the patty and cook till the corners get golden.
Add onions on top of the patty & cook so the corners get golden.
Place one tortilla over the beef and press softly so it gets adhere.
Change the side of the beef tortilla containing the layer.
Include half the quantity of cheese shreds, ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, & mustard.
Fold the tortilla over the mix and cook till the cheese melts and the tortilla gets crisp.
Prep all the quesadillas with a similar method.
Make slices and serve warm.
