Oven Method (Most Common)
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
Step 2: Arrange the Pepperoni
- Lay pepperoni slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Leave a little space between slices to allow air circulation and even crisping.

- Air fry for 5–7 minutes, checking halfway
