  • 40 –50 slices of pepperoni regular or turkey, sugar-free preferred
Optional seasonings:
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Grated parmesan cheese optional topping

Oven Method (Most Common)
    Step 1: Preheat the Oven
    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
    Step 2: Arrange the Pepperoni
    1. Lay pepperoni slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Leave a little space between slices to allow air circulation and even crisping.
    Step 3: Bake
    1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8–12 minutes, depending on thickness. Keep a close eye on them after the 8-minute mark to avoid burning.
    Step 4: Drain Excess Oil
    1. Remove the pepperoni chips from the oven and place them on a plate lined with paper towels. This step is essential to remove excess grease and improve crispiness.
    Step 5: Cool and Crisp
    1. Allow the chips to cool for 3–5 minutes. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
    Air Fryer Method (Extra Crispy)
    1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C)
    2. Place pepperoni slices in a single layer
    3. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, checking halfway
    4. Drain on paper towels and cool
