Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Sharp knife or pizza cutter
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

Step 1: Preheat Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2: Make the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the egg and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
Step 3: Roll the Dough
  1. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
  2. Roll out to about ⅛-inch thickness for crispy crackers.
Step 4: Cut Crackers
  1. Remove top parchment.
  2. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into squares or rectangles.
Step 5: Bake
  1. Transfer to the oven.
  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden.
Step 6: Cool
  1. Let crackers cool completely on the baking sheet to crisp fully.
