Method
 

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Generously grease a muffin tin with butter or avocado oil spray to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Prepare Fillings
  1. Cook protein (bacon, sausage, or chicken) if not already prepared.
  2. Lightly sauté vegetables like mushrooms or spinach to remove excess moisture.
  3. Let all fillings cool slightly before mixing.
Step 3: Make the Egg Mixture
  1. In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs.
  2. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Whisk until fully combined and slightly frothy.
Step 4: Assemble Mini Quiches
  1. Evenly distribute cheese, vegetables, and protein into each muffin cup.
  2. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings until cups are about ¾ full.
  3. Gently stir each cup with a spoon to distribute ingredients evenly.
Step 5: Bake
  1. Place the muffin tin in the oven.
  2. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the centers are set and tops are lightly golden.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing.
