Add remaining ingredients
- Add avocado, spinach, MCT oil, chia seeds, vanilla extract, sweetener, and ice cubes if using.
Blend until smooth
- Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until creamy and fully combined.
Taste and adjust
- Adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more sweetener or liquid if needed.
