Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha green tea powder
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Keto-friendly sweetener to taste erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia
  • Ice cubes optional, for thicker texture

Method
 

Prepare the ingredients
  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut the avocado in half, removing the pit. Scoop out the flesh.
Add liquids first
  1. Pour almond milk or coconut milk into the blender. This helps prevent powders from sticking to the bottom.
  2. Add matcha powder
  3. Sprinkle matcha powder evenly into the liquid to avoid clumping.
Add remaining ingredients
  1. Add avocado, spinach, MCT oil, chia seeds, vanilla extract, sweetener, and ice cubes if using.
Blend until smooth
  1. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until creamy and fully combined.
Taste and adjust
  1. Adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more sweetener or liquid if needed.
Serve immediately
  1. Pour into a glass and enjoy fresh.
