Method
 

Step 1: Soften the Ingredients

Step 4: Add Almond Flour

Step 5: Adjust Texture
  1. If the mixture feels too thick, add heavy cream one teaspoon at a time. If it’s too soft, add a little more almond flour.
Step 6: Chill the Mixture
  1. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up the mixture for easier shaping.
Step 7: Form the Bites
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
Step 8: Coat (Optional)
  1. Roll the bites in almond flour or shredded coconut if desired.
Step 9: Final Chill
  1. Return the bites to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to fully set before serving.
