Ingredients
  

  • Half tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Two big eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Parchment paper
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Heat-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat the empty oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190°C).
  2. Spread the parchment liner on a baking tray.
  3. Mix cream cheese and shredded mozzarella in a heat-safe bowl.
  4. Bake for one minute, whisk, then melt again till heated and soft.
  5. Stir all the dry components in the other vessel.
  6. Add the dry batter to the melted cheese mixture and whisk until properly mixed.
  7. Add eggs and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  8. Distribute the dough into six even servings.
  9. Give a shape like a hot dog bun to each serving.
  10. Put it on a baking tray and carefully make cuts on the top with a knife.
  11. Bake it for a short time of fifteen minutes, or till it browns or sets.
  12. Before slicing, leave it to lightly chill.
  13. Serve slices of Keto Hot Dog Buns with garnishes and grilled hot dogs.
