Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ cup small shrimp
  • Two tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Two tbsp. grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup lump crab meat
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick grilled
  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Silicone brush
  • 1 Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. We heat the oven to 375° F.
  2. Then we apply the parchment paper in pan.
  3. We melt the cheese and cream cheese in the microwave till it gets smooth.
  4. Combine the almond flour, egg, and baking powder in the dish to form the dough.
  5. Then we stir the Parmesan, onions, seasoning, mayonnaise, shrimp, garlic powder, crab, salt, and parsley in the dish to make it smooth.
  6. We have to make ten equal portions of the dough and make a flat disc.
  7. Put one spoon of crab and shrimp filling in the center.
  8. Roll the ball and fold the edges to seal.
  9. Put the bombs in the baking pan and from the seam side, and apply the butter on top.
  10. We bake these bombs for eighteen to twenty minutes.
