Ingredients
  

One tbsp. olive oil
1 medium cucumber
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
One tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. garlic powder
Fresh dill or parsley

Equipment

  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spoon

Method
 

We can wash the cucumber with fresh water and wipe it well.
    Then we can peel them properly; you can make the snacks with the cucumber peel as well.
      Take a small mixing bowl and add the lemon juice, garlic powder, olive oil, pepper powder, and salt.
        We can take a spoon and drizzle the dressing over the cucumber slices to coat them properly.
          Then we can serve these cucumber snacks by garnishing these cucumber snacks with the freshly chopped parsley.
