Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
- Ensure all ingredients are measured and ready. If using coconut cream from a can, chill the can beforehand so the cream separates easily.
Step 2: Add Ingredients to Blender
- Add coconut milk, coconut cream, MCT oil or coconut oil, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, sweetener, ice cubes, and salt to the blender.
Step 3: Blend Until Smooth
- Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds, or until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
Step 4: Adjust Consistency and Taste
- Taste the smoothie. Add more sweetener if needed, or a splash of coconut milk if it’s too thick. Blend again briefly.
Step 5: Serve Immediately
- Pour into a glass and enjoy fresh for the best flavor and texture.
