Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
Optional flavor add-ins (choose one or mix):
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter unsweetened
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest

Method
 

Soften Ingredients
  1. Allow cream cheese and butter to reach room temperature for easy mixing.
Mix Base Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add Sweetener and Flavorings
  1. Add powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and any optional flavor add-ins.
Whip Until Fluffy
  1. Beat for 1–2 minutes until light and fully combined.
Shape the Fat Bombs
  1. Spoon mixture onto parchment paper, or
  2. Pipe into silicone molds for uniform shapes.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Store
  1. Transfer to an airtight container once set.
