Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
  1. Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture helps the coating stick better and ensures crispier results.
Step 2: Make the Creamy Coating
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken
  1. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each chicken tenderloin, ensuring even coverage on all sides.
Step 4: Prepare the Breading
  1. In one shallow bowl, whisk the eggs. In another shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and a pinch of paprika and pepper.
Step 5: Bread the Chicken
  1. Dip each coated chicken tender into the egg mixture, then press it into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Step 6: Arrange for Cooking
  1. Place the breaded chicken tenders on a lined baking sheet or plate. Lightly drizzle or brush with olive oil or melted butter.
Step 7: Cook the Chicken
    Oven Method:
    1. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
    Stovetop Method:
    1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and fully cooked.
    Air Fryer Method:
    1. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
    Step 8: Check Doneness
    1. Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
    Step 9: Rest and Garnish
    1. Let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
