Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 –2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Optional toppings: crushed hazelnuts cocoa nibs, whipped cream (keto-friendly)

Method
 

Prepare Ingredients
  1. Measure all ingredients accurately. Ensure hazelnut butter is smooth and almond milk is unsweetened.
Add Liquids First
  1. Pour almond milk and heavy cream into the blender to help blend smoothly.
Add Flavor Ingredients
  1. Add hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and optional MCT oil.
Add Ice
  1. Add ice cubes last to control thickness.
Blend
  1. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Taste and Adjust
  1. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
Serve Immediately
  1. Pour into a serving glass and add optional toppings.
