Ingredients
  

  • 2 big eggs
  • Half a tsp of salt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • One-fourth tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Paprika or cayenne for spice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups riced or grated cauliflower
  • Half a cup of grated cheddar cheese

Equipment

  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Air fryer basket or baking tray
  • 1 Big mixing bowl
  • 1 A box grinder or blender
  • 1 Baking parchment paper
  • 1 Measuring spoons and cups

Method
 

  1. Heat the empty oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200°C) or heat it again in the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190°C).
  2. Line a tray with baking parchment paper.
  3. Cauliflower can be baked or simmered till soft.
  4. After allowing it to cool slightly, use a fresh towel or cloth to pull out any remaining liquid.
  5. Mix cheddar, parmesan, cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, and seasonings.
  6. Stir till a thick mixture forms.
  7. With your hands or a little cookie spoon, form the mixture into tiny, tot-sized cylinders.
  8. Keep tots on a prepared baking tray, give a little space between each serving.
  9. Bake for half an hour, then turn it over to the other side, till browned.
  10. Till crunchy and browned, air-cooked for 12 to 15 minutes, turning the basket halfway.
  11. With your preferred keto dipping sauce, serve warm.
