Method
We warm the air fryer at 375 degrees F.
Add the ground chicken, Parmesan, almond flour, parsley, egg, & seasonings in a big basin.
Combine all of these components so they get properly mixed.
Then we form tiny and equal-sized patties with the mixture.
Whisk egg in one dish.
Add almond flour with black pepper & salt in another.
Coat the patties in egg, then in the almond flour mix.
Spray cooking oil in the basket.
Put the rissoles in the basket in one line with some space.
Air fry these patties for twelve to fifteen minutes & flip them in between so they get golden from both sides.
Serve.
