Ingredients
  

  • Granola
  • Plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • Honey or maple syrup optional
  • Fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • Vanilla extract optional
  • Coconut oil optional, for granola base

Equipment

  • Cupcake liners (paper or silicone)
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

Prepare the Muffin Tin
  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners to prevent sticking and maintain cup shape.
Create the Granola Base
  1. Add granola to each liner, pressing firmly to form a compact crust. Add a small drizzle of melted coconut oil or honey if needed for binding.
Mix the Yogurt Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt with optional honey and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Fill the Cups
  1. Spoon yogurt mixture over granola base, leaving slight space at the top.
Add Fruit Toppings
  1. Gently press fruit into yogurt.
Freeze
  1. Freeze for 2–4 hours until firm.
Remove and Serve
  1. Let sit briefly at room temperature before serving.
