Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, & soft cream cheese in a big mixing dish.
Beat the dip on medium setting with a hand mixer till the dip gets fluffy and smooth.
Add salt, onion powder, pepper, garlic powder, & lemon juice and mix to combine them properly.
Include chives & parsley & fold with the spatula.
Taste the dip and add extra seasoning if required.
Add the dip in serving bowl and chill for some time and serve.
