Heat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Put the egg, salt, almond flour, Parmesan, onion powder, cottage cheese, garlic powder, mozzarella, & pepper in a mixing dish.
Mix all the ingredients so that all are combined properly.
Scoop out the tiny portions and make the balls.
Place the balls in the basket and air fry for eight to ten minutes so the corners get crisp & golden.
Cool the balls for two minutes & serve.
