Begin by adding the milk to the blender. Starting with liquid helps the blender run smoothly.
Add Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, nut butter, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
If using rolled oats, add them at this stage.
Add a handful of ice cubes to thicken and chill the shake.
Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
Stop the blender and taste the shake. Adjust sweetness or thickness if needed by adding more sweetener or milk.
Add mini chocolate chips and pulse briefly to mix them in without fully blending.
Pour the shake into a tall glass.
If desired, top with whipped cream, a light caramel drizzle, and extra chocolate chips.
Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
