Ingredients
  

  • cups full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: crumbled blue cheese chopped parsley, chopped chives

Equipment

  • Food processor or high-speed blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

Prepare the Cottage Cheese Base
  1. Add cottage cheese to a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add Remaining Ingredients
  1. Add buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
Blend Until Creamy
  1. Blend again until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and evenly colored. Taste and adjust seasoning or spice level as needed.
Transfer and Garnish
  1. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl. Top with crumbled blue cheese, parsley, or chives if desired.
Chill (Optional)
  1. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes for best flavor, though it can be served immediately.
