Method
Set the oven temperature to 190°C.
Then grease the dish with butter.
Beat garlic powder, heavy cream, salt, eggs, pepper, & onion powder in a large dish and whisk to make it smooth.
Add the Parmesan, broccoli, cheddar, & ham dice to the bowl, and gently stir to mix.
Add the quiche batter in dish & make the top part smooth with spatula.
Bake the quiche for 30-35 minutes till the top gets brown & the middle is set.
When it gets bake; leave for five minutes then make slices & serve.
