Method
We preheat the air fryer at 380 degrees F.
Make slices of mushrooms & zucchini with a knife.
Add the slices in the dish.
Include smoked paprika, salt, onion powder, black pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder to the dish.
Toss the vegetables to coat them equally.
Put the seasoned zucchini and mushrooms in one layer in the basket.
Air them for ten to twelve minutes and change the sides in between the time for even crispness.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in the last two minutes of this dish.
Serve hot.
