Method
Warm the air fryer at 375° F.
Whisk the eggs in the vessel to make them smooth.
Include the black pepper, Parmesan, paprika, salt, almond flour, & garlic powder in the other vessel.
We dip the mushrooms in the eggs, then add the flour mixture.
Toss them in the mixture so it gets evenly coated.
Put the mushrooms in the basket in one layer.
We lightly spray the oil on the mushrooms
Air-fry the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes so they get properly golden & crisp.
Top these mushrooms with the preferred keto dip and serve.
