This Keto Taco Fiesta Bubble Up is a fun, flavorful twist on traditional tacos. It combines ground beef, cheese, and keto biscuit dough into a filling, low-carb casserole. Spicy, creamy, and slightly tangy, this dish is perfect for weeknight dinners and reheats beautifully.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup keto tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup keto biscuit dough
  • 1 tbsp jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Silicone spatula
  • 1 Baking dish
  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Large skillet

Method
 

We heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
    Then we apply the olive oil slightly on the baking tray.
      Warm the big pan with oil on a moderate flame.
        Add the onions & garlic in the pan and saute till they get aromatic.
          Include the ground meat & cook it till it gets brown & eliminate the additional fat content.
            Then we include taco spice & tomato sauce and mix & simmer for an extra 2-3 minutes.
              We add the beef mixture, half the quantity of cheese & sour cream to the mixing bowl.
                Make the balls of the biscuit dough & add them evenly in the baking dish.
                  Then we add the beef mixture over it & sprinkle jalapeno slices & remaining cheese.
                    Bake the dish for 20-25 minutes till it gets golden & bubbly.
                      Sprinkle cilantro & serve this keto Taco Fiesta Bubble Up.
