                INGREDIENT NOTES

                EGGS:
Eggs provide high-quality protein that keeps you full while giving the quiche its structure and flavor. When baked, they create a fluffy, silky texture. For the best results, use large, fresh eggs.

                HEAVY CREAM:
Heavy cream creates a rich, creamy base and keeps the quiche tender even without a crust. It balances the saltiness of the ham and cheese. Avoid milk, as it increases the carb content.

                BROCCOLI:
Broccoli adds color, texture, and fiber to the dish. Lightly steam it before mixing to prevent excess moisture. It also adds vitamins and minerals for added nutrition.

                HAM:
Ham adds a smoky, savory flavor that pairs perfectly with the eggs and cheese. Choose lean, diced ham for a healthier keto option. You can also substitute bacon or turkey.

                CHEDDAR CHEESE:
Cheddar melts beautifully, giving the quiche its creamy texture and sharp, tangy flavor. It also helps bind the ingredients together. Sharp cheddar provides the boldest taste.

                PARMESAN CHEESE:
Parmesan adds richness and enhances the salty, nutty flavor of the quiche. It also helps brown the top, giving it a golden, crust-like finish. Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-shredded.

                GARLIC POWDER:
Garlic powder adds a light, savory note without overpowering the other ingredients. Use it sparingly for a balanced flavor and aroma.

                ONION POWDER:
Onion powder adds mild sweetness and depth. It blends smoothly into the egg mixture without the moisture that comes from fresh onions, so a little goes a long way.

                SALT:
Salt enhances all the savory components—ham, cheese, and eggs. Use only a small amount since ham and cheese already contain salt.

                BLACK PEPPER:
Black pepper adds a subtle heat that complements the creamy base. Freshly ground pepper provides the best flavor. Adjust to your spice preference.

                BUTTER:
Butter adds richness and prevents the quiche from sticking to the dish. Make sure to thoroughly grease the baking dish for easy serving.
