            INGREDIENT NOTES:

            STRAWBERRIES:
Frozen strawberries give the whip its creamy, frosty texture while naturally sweetening it. They provide a vibrant pink color and a refreshing fruity flavor.

            FULL-FAT COCONUT MILK:
Full-fat coconut milk adds richness and smoothness, mimicking the texture of classic ice cream. It also boosts healthy fats, keeping the dessert keto-friendly. Use chilled milk for best results.

            DOLE WHIP SWEETENER:
Erythritol powder or monk fruit sweetener makes the whip naturally sweet without adding carbs. It dissolves easily for a smooth, pleasant flavor.

            LEMON JUICE:
A touch of lemon juice enhances the strawberry flavor and adds a bright, refreshing note that balances the sweetness.

            VANILLA ESSENCE:
Vanilla essence enriches the flavor and aroma, harmonizing beautifully with the strawberry and coconut.

            SALT:
A small pinch of salt sharpens the fruit’s natural sweetness and prevents the dessert from tasting flat.

            TIPS

            • Freeze 1–2 hours for a firmer ice cream texture.
            • Substitute raspberries or blueberries for a flavor variation.
            • Use a sharp-bladed blender for a smooth, creamy consistency.

            STORAGE INFORMATION:

Fridge: Store leftovers in a sealed container for up to 1 day.
Freezer: Freeze in a sealed bag for up to 1 week.

            FAQS:

            • Can I use almond milk instead? Yes, but the whip may not be as creamy. Use unsweetened almond milk.
            • How to make it less tangy? Add extra sweetener and vanilla essence.
            • Can I make this without a blender? No, a blender or processor is necessary for smooth texture.
            • How to make it thicker? Use less coconut milk and more frozen strawberries.
