  • One lb of beef ground
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup celery diced

  • 3 cups of cauliflower florets
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup carrots diced

Method
 

  1. Cook the Cauliflower: Boil cauliflower for 10 minutes until soft. Drain and mash with 1 tbsp butter and a splash of cream. Set aside.
