INGREDIENT NOTES

GREEK YOGURT:
Full-fat Greek yogurt makes these cups thick, creamy, and satisfying. Its natural tang adds a cheesecake-like flavor while increasing the protein content.

KETO PEANUT BUTTER:
Choose natural, unsweetened peanut butter with no added sugars or oils. It delivers a rich, nutty taste and provides healthy fats that pair perfectly with the banana flavor.

ERYTHRITOL POWDER:
A keto-friendly sweetener that adds gentle sweetness without affecting blood sugar. The powdered form blends smoothly into the mixture.

BANANA EXTRACT:
Gives authentic banana flavor without the carbs. Even a small amount enhances the aroma and depth of the peanut butter base.

VANILLA ESSENCE:
Adds warmth and balances the tartness of Greek yogurt. It smooths out the flavors and creates a dessert-like finish.

COCONONUT OIL:
Melted coconut oil helps the mixture set firmly in the freezer while keeping the cups creamy. It also adds a boost of healthy fats.

SALT:
A pinch of salt ties the flavors together and enhances the sweetness.
